How Do I Track My Order?

We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via emails and SMS. After your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you, you can also track its status by signing in to your account, under “My Order” on your desired order or you can track your order on relevant courier portal

How do I place an order on Payeefy?

Shopping on Payeefy is easy ! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  • Open Payeefy.com App/Website.
  • Put the item title on “Search Bar”.
  • Click on the image of your desired item & Click on “Add to cart”.
  • Click on “View Cart” (Add quantity if required) & click on “Checkout Button”.
  • Enter your registered Email Id & Password.
  • Enter your personal details like (Name/Contact Number/Shipping Address with City).
  • Confirm the order details and select your “Mode of Payment”.
  • Click on “Place Order”.
  • Your Order number will appear on your screen.

-Congratulations! your order has been placed.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

Yes, having a Payeefy account helps us to make your shopping experience fast, secure and convenient. You can create your own Payeefy account.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order is not yet on its way to you, your order is eligible for cancellation, “Cancel Button” will indicate on your desired order that you wish to cancel.

  • Click on “My Account” and click on “My Orders” in the drop-down
  • Once you see your order, click the “Cancel” Button
    • Fill out the cancellation request form
      • Choose the item(s) you need to cancel
      • Make sure you read and agree with the cancellation policy
      • Select your cancellation reason
      • Click on “Submit”

If your order is already on its way to you or if you have already received your order, you will not be able to cancel the order but you may be able to return your product.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

To remove an item from your shopping cart, please follow these steps:

Step 1 – Go to your “Cart”.

Step 2 – Slide to left on the item you want to “Delete” or you can add into your “Wishlist”.

Step 3 – Select the desired option.
