Here at Payeefy Web Store, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our valued customers. While we have confidence in the quality of our products, we understand that sometimes issues may arise and we are committed to resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
How Do I Return an Item To Payeefy?
To return an item to Payeefy, please follow these simple steps:
Contact Customer Service:
Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate the return process. The team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
Package Your Item:
Carefully pack the item in its original condition and packaging. Ensure that you include all original accessories and documentation.
Include Proof of Purchase:
Attach the receipt or proof of purchase along with the RMA number inside the package.
Ship the Item:
Send the package to the address provided by the customer service team. We recommend using a traceable shipping method as Payeefy is not responsible for items lost during shipment. Shipment charges for returns will be managed by the buyer.
Wait for Confirmation:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification. Once the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, we will issue your refund, less our shipping charges. Refund claims will be settled within 24 hours of receiving the return from the customer.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Payeefy, and some exclusions may apply to certain types of items. If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer service team is ready to help every step of the way.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Payeefy is happy to serve customers and fulfill their requirements. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 3 days to initiate a return, unless otherwise specified in our exceptions.

Once an order is confirmed and handed over to the courier, it becomes unfeasible to cancel shipments that are already in transit.
